Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival to Istanbul – Flight to Cappadocia

You will arrive to the New Istanbul Airport ( Ist ) or Sabiha Gokcen Airport ( Saw).

Following baggage claim, you will proceed to the domestic terminal for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport and after baggage claim, our team will meet you at the designated exit gate. Following approximately a one-hour drive, you will arrive at your authentic hotel. Accommodation and dinner will be provided in Cappadocia.

Day 2 : Cappadocia

After breakfast, you will continue to discover Cappadocia. You will go to Devrent valley to see the rock formations. You will go back in time with troglodyte houses. Then, you will visit Pasabag which has “fairy chimneys”. Here, you can even hear the “songs of fairies” near Zelve. You will take your lunch in Avanos which is the centre of red pottery since 3000 BC. Here, you will witness the traditional pottery craftsmanship. In the afternoon, you will go to Goreme Open Air Museum. The museum is home to incredible examples of the Byzantine art in Cappadocia. There are churches carved in the rocks with frescoes and paintings created betyouen the 10th and the 13th century. Our next stop in your tour will be Uchisar Rock-Castle which gives a panoramic view of the Cappadocian valleys. You will stay in Cappadocia for the night.

Day 3 : Cappadocia
Cappadocia is an important place among the Turkey tourism destinations. You will start your tour with Kaymaklı Underground City. This underground city is considered as an interesting underground settlement in Cappadocia. From there, you will go to Sahinefendi (Sobesos). Here, you will see Mosaic Art and Archaeological excavation site from the Byzantine Period. The valley villages with mountains around them gives us a spectacular view. Our next stop will be Keslik Monastery near Cemil. The ancient frescos are hidden behind a smoke layer. Here, you will visit Mustafapaşa (Sinasos) which is an old Roman town with its old houses. These houses are the great examples of late Roman settlements and architecture in the region. Our next stop will be the Red Valley. The valley consists of incredible volcanic rock formations. This valley is at the centre of Cappadocia. Still, the valley is not overcrowded by tourists. You will spend the night at Cappadocia.

Day  4 : Cappadocia – Konya – Pamukkale
Once we all got checked out from the hotel, we will start our long road trip to Pamukkale. The first destination we visit will be the Sultandan Caravanserai, the old place where traders used to spend the night. Besides, it is the place where Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi’s school of thought was first taught. We will wander around Konya streets and get lunch at a local restaurant. Then we will get to Pamukkale, where dinner and overnight will take place.

Day 5 : Pamukkale – Hierapolis – Bodrum – Embark on the Gulet
We will explore Turkey Our day will start once we arrive to Hierapolis, which is close to our hotel. We will be strolling around the calcareous terraces of Pamukkale. Then, we will get to Bodrum to visit Aphrodisias Ancient City built for Greek Goddess Aphrodite. Then we will get a delicious lunch to drive back to Bodrum to get in to our gulet. Dinner will be on gulet, and we will spend the night there as well.

Day 6 : Gulet
We will departure right after we had breakfast to cruise about three hours. We will cross Gökova Gulf’s mouth to get to Knidos. Knidos was one of the six Dorian Hexapolis’ leader cities, and is the place in between Mediterranean and Aegean. We will anchor in a harbor to see the ruins clearly, but since it is influenced greatly by the wind, captain will dock the gulet in Merisinck. Dinner will be on board, and so does overnight.

Day 7 : Gulet
We will be sailing to Kisebuku Bay after we had our breakfast to have a swimming session. Then we will have lunch and get to Çokertme Bay. Dinner will be on board and we will spend the night there as well. This will be a great part of Turkey tours packages.

Day 8 : Gulet

Day 9 : Didyma – Miletus – Prienne
We will have breakfast on board and leave the gulet to get to Kusadası. We will visit some places on our way to Kusadası, and the first destination will be Didyma. After we stopped there and explored the area, we will visit Miletus and Prienne, respectively. We will have dinner and spend the night in Kusadası.

Day 10 : Ephesus
Meet with a part of Turkey tours packages. We will visit the Virgin Mary’s House at early morning to not encounter with the crazy crowd. Then, we will visit 11th century ancient city, Ephesus. We will see many significant structures as we wander around Ephesus. The following are some of the structures we will see at Ephesus: Fountain of Traian, The Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Terrace Houses Then, we will visit St. John Basilica. This basilica is significant due to a belief that Apostle John lies here. We will have the opportunity to see the Artemis’ remaining from there. Our day will come to an end as we get to Isa Bey Mosque. We will get back to Kusadası to get some rest, and dinner will be at Kusadası as well as overnight.

Day 11 : Ephesus – Istanbul

You will start your amazing tour after having your breakfast. Transfer to Izmir airport. Flight to Istanbul. Arrival and meet our team. Transfer to your hotel. After check-in, You will leave from hotel. You will visit Dolmabahçe Palace with an amazing Bosporus view. The interior decoration of the palace is impressive with 14-ton gold ornaments. The rich and comprehensive collection includes paintings, furniture and Bohemian crystals. Also, this palace has a Harem section where you can see other important collections. Next, you will go to Kabatas pier to start your 2-hour private Bosphorus Tour. After having your dinner, you will spend the night in Istanbul.

Day 12 : Istanbul

On this day of your private tour, you will visit the Byzantine Relics. When you travel to Turkey, you can see different cultures across the country. Byzantine culture is one of them. You will start your tour with the Hippodrome at the middle of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Cisterns. Here, you will see the Serpentine Columns and Egyptian Obelisk. You will also visit the nearby Wilhelm German fountain. You will take your lunch in a local restaurant. Next, you will go to Chora Museum also known as Kariye Museum to see the amazing Byzantine frescoes. Your tour will end in the Basilica Cistern known as the Yerebatan Cistern. Day 13 : Istanbul
Your private guided Turkey tours will start with the Ottoman heritage in Istanbul. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and start the tour from Blue Mosque completed in 1616. Next, you will visit the famous Topkapi Palace. This palace has a comprehensive collection of the belongings of the sultans for the last five centuries. You can visit the Harem to witness the imperial lifestyle. You will walk the road to the Imperial Council called Divan Yolu. Next, you will have your lunch in a local restaurant. You will walk on the cobble stones streets to see the Rustem Pasha Mosque completed in 1561 by Sinan the Architect. Next, you will go to the famous Spice Market where the goods of the Venetians and Genoese and eastern spice were sold in the ancient times. Your tour will end at Grand Bazaar which was the most important shopping area of the ancient todays. After having your dinner, you will spend the night in Istanbul.
