Day 1 : You will depart to take your flight to Turkey

Day 2 : Arrival in Istanbul

You will arrive to the New Istanbul Airport. Here, you will meet your warm travel agent employee to get a transfer to your authentic hotel. You will stay in Istanbul for that night.

Day 3 : Istanbul

Your private guided Turkey tours will start with the Ottoman heritage in Istanbul. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and start the tour from Blue Mosque completed in 1616. Next, you will visit the famous Topkapi Palace. This palace has a comprehensive collection of the belongings of the sultans for the last five centuries. You can visit the Harem to witness the imperial lifestyle. You will walk the road to the Imperial Council called Divan Yolu. Next, you will have your lunch in a local restaurant. You will walk on the cobble stones streets to see the Rustem Pasha Mosque completed in 1561 by Sinan the Architect. Next, you will go to the famous Spice Market where the goods of the Venetians and Genoese and eastern spice were sold in the ancient times. Your tour will end at Grand Bazaar which was the most important shopping area of the ancient todays. You can shop in this amazing bazaar. After having your dinner, you will spend the night in Istanbul.

Day 4 : Istanbul

On this day of your private tour, you will visit the Byzantine Relics. When you travel to Turkey, you can see different cultures across the country. Byzantine culture is one of them. You will start your tour with the Hippodrome at the middle of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Cisterns. Here, you will see the Serpentine Columns and Egyptian Obelisk. You will also visit the nearby Wilhelm German fountain. You will take your lunch in a local restaurant. Next, you will go to Chora Museum also known as Kariye Museum to see the amazing Byzantine frescoes. Your tour will end in the Basilica Cistern known as the Yerebatan Cistern. After having your dinner, you will spend the night in Istanbul.

Day 5 : Istanbul - Kusadasi

Our last and final day in Istanbul will start with breakfast again; then, we will get to the Dolmabahce Palace by the Bosphorus view. Dolmabahçe Palace has a beauty that would exceed the Bosphorus. Here are some of the things you can expect from the interior architecture of the Dolmabahçe Palace: Ornaments and decorations made from 14 tons of gold, Authentic furniture from Ottoman periods, Bohemian crystals, Unique paintings that you cannot see anywhere else, After exploring the Dolmabahce Palace, we will get to Kabatass port for our private cruise, which will last for two hours. Then, we will have lunch in a local restaurant to later get to the Istanbul Airport. Our flight to Izmir will be at 5:00 PM, and when we arrive at Izmir, we will be transferred to hotel in Kusadasi to have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 6 : Ephesus

The next day, we will leave to get to the Virgin Mary’s house in the early hours to avoid the crowd. After seeing the Virgin Mary’s House, we will visit one of the most significant destinations in İzmir: Ephesus. Ephesus is an ancient city found in the 11th century, and it preserves its importance even today. The following are some of the structures you will see in Ephesus: Fountain of Traian, The Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus, Terrace Houses with its incredible ground mosaics, frescoes, private baths, and so on. In the late afternoon, St. John Basilica will be our destination, the tomb of Christ’s disciple, according to some beliefs. We will have the opportunity to take a look at the Artemis Temple from the basilica. Overnight and dinner will be in Kusadasi. Day 7 : Priene - Miletus - Didyma

Our first activity of the day will be breakfast, and then we will visit Priene, one of the pioneer members of the Panionic League. Later, we will drive to the Southside of the city to get Miletus and Didyma, respectively. We will have lunch at Didyma in a local restaurant across the temple (if the situation is available). Day 8 : Aphrodisias - Pamukkale

We will be driving to Pamukkale after we check out from our hotels. We will visit Aphrodisias in Pamukkale, an ancient city dedicated to Aphrodite from Greek mythology. Before we get lunch at a local restaurant of Pamukkale, we will be visiting the Sculptor’s Museum in Aphrodisias. Later, our next destination will be Hierapolis, where we will wander calcareous terraces there. Another option is to benefit from thermal facilities there. Day 9 : Antalya

In the early morning, we will leave Pamukkale to get to Sagalassoss Ancient City in Burdur. The road trip will be an excellent route through Burdur. Sagalassoss has great significance since it is one of the rare ancient cities in the world where you can observe the functioning of sacred fountains. After we see the Sagalassoss Ancient City, our road will continue to Antalya. As we arrive in Antalya, we will eat lunch at a local restaurant. Our next destination in Antalya will be a European awarded museum as the “Museum of the Year,” Antalya Archeology Museum.

Day 10 : Perge - Aspendos

On the 10th day at Antalya, we will visit another significant ancient city, Perge. Day 11 : Antalya - Konya

We will be leaving after having breakfast in the early morning. Our destination will be Konya at this point of our tour, through Taurus Mountains’ incredible landscape, but we will first visit Esrefoğlu Mosque in Beysehir on our way. We will arrive at Konya in the late afternoon after our lunch at a local restaurant in Beysehir. Later, we will visit the best museum in Konya, Mevlana Museum. Mevlana Museum is not only significant for Konya, but it is significant for the world. Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi’s school of thought was taught here. We will have dinner and spend overnight in Konya. Day 12 : Konya - Cappadocia

In the morning, we will have a route to Cappadocia. We visit the Sultanhan Caravanserai, an old and significant caravanserai where medieval merchants spend the night in history. Later, we will get to Ihlara Valley to have lunch at a local restaurant by the river. As the lunch is made, we will stroll around the canyon to the Belisirma Village using Anatolia's Steps. Belisirma Village was built by the Melendiz River, also known as “Valley of the Sky.” Churches create a gallery with the carved rocks as if they are some kind of ancient gallery, and their precision is impressive. Day 13 : Cappadocia

Next, we will visit the Devrent Valley that is famous for the rock shapings there. Devrent Valley is also known as the imagination valley, as the area looks like many things, including Mars and Moon. Next, we will stroll to Zelve Open Air Museum to see the troglodyte houses and other pieces from the past, which is one of the significant monastic settlements of Cappadocia. After the museum, we will visit perhaps the most popular destination in Cappadocia, the fairy chimneys. Our next destination will be Avanos. Avanos is a pioneer center of terracotta art, starting from the 3rd century BC. We will have a demonstration in a pottery workshop there. Next, we will have lunch and visit Goreme Open Air Museum. Goreme Open Air Museum is one of the best museums of Cappadocia, and you can observe Byzantine art there, including frescoes and paintings from the 10th century. Our day will come to an end as we visit the Uchisar Rock Castle to see a fantastic panoramic view of Cappadocia. Dinner and spending the night will be in Cappadocia.

Day 14 : Cappadocia

We will first visit the Soğanlı Valley, another open-air museum of Cappadocia. You can observe the wild and natural setting of the museum taking place next to a village. Next, we will get to Mustafapasa, where we will have the opportunity to see the pure villages of Cappadocia on our way. Another thing we will see in our way will be de Keslik Monastery, which we will be visiting. Keslik Monastery has wonderful frescoes that can be seen only in the torchlight. We will have lunch in an ancient Greek house, and then we will be visiting the Underground City of Kaymaklı. Cappadocia has many underground areas, yet Kaymaklı is one of the biggest ones. We will have dinner and spend the night in Cappadocia.

Day 15 : Departure - Home
