We then journey to Ortahisar village, renowned for its Roman Castle, adorned with dovecotes, orchards, and vineyards that have cultivated top-quality grapes for wine since the era of the Hittites. Following a brief pause at a panoramic spot, offering a view of Ortahisar’s castle, we proceed to explore a cave church and cave storage areas used for preserving local lemons and potatoes. The subsequent destination is the captivating Red Valley, known for its striking hues and distinct formations. The tour concludes at this very valley, offering an ideal vantage point to witness the mesmerizing sunset.
